The pool is available for hotel guests only.
Please note that the maximum occupancy on our guest room balconies are for two (2) person in a king room or four (4) persons in a double bedded room, when signing your registration card you accept responsibility for adhering to this maximum.
The Hotel offers Valet Only service for our guests as well as for visitors at prevailing rates. Valet Services are managed by South Park Management. We assume no liability for fire, theft, vandalism, flood or damage. In no event will we assume liability for damage or injury sustained through faulty brakes or other equipment failure. All claims for adjustments must be presented before vehicle leaves facility. Not responsible for articles left in vehicles nor will company accept possession or bailment of such articles. No employee has authority to vary or increase our liability. Personal belongings from guests’ cars can be removed by Owners only.
The safe in your hotel room is provided for your use during your stay. Please use the safe to secure your personal effects. The hotel assumes no responsibility for unsecured valuables.

Some rates have special requirements at check-in. Please verify that you qualify for the rate that you have reserved. We are not obligated to honor special rates if you do not qualify or do not have proof of qualification.
Although we will do our best to accommodate special requests, all special requests are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. There is no guarantee that your request will be honored.
MODIFY/CANCEL A RESERVATION
To view, change or cancel your reservation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 305-800-6672. Any modification to a reservation is subject to the hotel’s availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees. RESERVATION GUARANTEE RULES
For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
HOTEL AMENITY FEE
In order to serve our guests and clients with the best available amenities, Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove has implemented a Hotel Amenity Fee of $25.00 inclusive of tax per night. The amenity fee ensures the following benefits and services below are available year round for guests at Mr. C Miami – Coconut Grove. The Amenity Fee program includes but is not limited to the following:
- Welcome Bellini upon arrival
- Wireless internet access
- Press-Reader App access (National and International newspaper)
- Two (2) Complimentary Laundry pieces per stay, excludes suits and gowns
- Complimentary use of custom Mr. C bikes
There is a package-handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages and a maximum allotment of 30 days of storage prior to arrival. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. $500 Penalty applies.
Mr. C love pets! Pets, up to 30 pounds, are welcomed in every outdoor space at the Hotel except on our Rooftop Pool Deck. Our furry friends must be on a controlled leash, fully trained and vaccinated.
Our Guest Services will be happy to suggest nearby parks, dog walker services, veterinarian clinics, pet grooming services and pet friendly venues. A non-refundable fee of $150 per stay for each pet, except for service or emotional support dogs .
Our Staff will require a validating identification. For safety reasons, our staff cannot enter or service any room with an unattended pet. Please inform the Front Desk if you would have a preferred time for daily service.
Damages caused by our Furry Friends to your room or to our property are your sole responsibility and we will have to follow up with the repair costs before placing a charge on your Credit Card. If there are any pet disturbance or complaints from other guests, you would be informed and then lastly requested to have your pet removed and placed into a kennel.
For non-us hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel’s control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please note that electronic reservation confirmations are provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
We will not be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond our control. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, fire and explosions.
